WORKSHOP | Geosciences & Critical Raw Materials: A Strategic Exploration

NWO organizes this special discussion session as part of NWO's mission to connect world-class scientific research with societal challenges within the scope of geosciences and critical raw materials (CRM). This session aims to bring together, connect and align insights and expertise from various domains: Science, policy, industry and society. The event provides a platform for sharing perspectives, identifying opportunities and bottlenecks, and exploring shared ambitions on the future role of geosciences within the broader national CRM research and teaching strategy. The objective is to identify the priority scientific and societal questions that should be addressed to develop the domestic geosciences initiatives regarding the Dutch CRM potential and supply-chain resilience, and the role of CRM in the value chain.

The session will take place on Thursday in room Cambridge 32, from 16:15 to 17:30 (75 minutes). Doors open at 16:00.
