To maximize interest for the field – and study – of Earth and Environmental Sciences across ages and backgrounds, the diversity and importance of the field need to be showcased. This enthusiastic team of early- to mid-career scientists has developed a range of education and outreach tools, which we would like to demonstrate to the broad NAC community. These include low- to high-tech outreach options, from rock demonstration kits, a “build your own clouds” set-up, to virtual reality scenarios of geophysics, geo-mechanics and a geo-engineering application.
