Sharing research data is often seen as something you have to do, rather than something you want to do. One could even question how useful it is, given how specific individual datasets can be. To make it more useful, for example by designing better tooling, the research community (you!) needs to be involved. How to motivate researchers to contribute, even if the benefits for doing so can be years away?

To address this, EPOS-NL collaborates with Industrial design at Eindhoven University of Technology. TU/e students will present designs to make data sharing more tangible - something to experience. Can we engage body and mind, to make sense of abstract principles behind data sharing? Can we create a meaningful bridge between what we do now, and the distant future?
