The theme of NWO NAC 2026 is ‘Common Ground’. This concept reflects the shared foundations in the topics we explore, the methods we use, and the results we deliver. In particular, we will highlight the synergies that exist both within and between Earth and Environmental Sciences and the interdisciplinary approaches that address today’s complex challenges. The ‘Common Ground’ perspective encourages collaboration, sparks inspiration, and fosters learning across scientific disciplines - and you will recognize it throughout the conference program.
